Services
The Roof
A roof inspection will consist of a structural examination to determine sagging, condition of soffits, fascia, gutters, vent pipes and chimneys as well as evaluation of materials such as shingles and seals around openings looking for gaps or deterioration.
Structural
The structural inspection looks at the integrity of the walls, beams, trusses and joints that hold up the home. We look for termite or water damage that may compromise the structure as well as changes to the home that may cause structural problems.
Foundation
The foundation is a very important part of the home and as such we will closely examine the slab checking for cracks, signs of damage as well as any plumbing that may be inside the foundation.
Electrical
Our inspectors will examine the electrical system in your home from the drop into your home as well as your main fuse box, proper grounding, GFCI’s throughout the home and if all is within local codes.
HVAC
Air conditioning is an important part of homes in southeast Texas. As such, we will examine the HVAC system including furnaces, coils and condensers to evaluate their condition and if any concerns exist due to age or function.
Plumbing
A detailed inspection of the plumbing includes all the plumbing fixtures, toilets, tubs and showers to ensure there are no leaks or potential hazards
